At Ready Set Build, we are dedicated to shaping the future, both by building quality spaces and by investing in the next generation of leaders. Our federally funded youth summer program is designed for age ranging from 14–21 years; the focus of this program is to offer on hands-on learning, mentorship, leadership development, and real-world skill-building in the construction industry.

This program empowers young people to grow as builders, innovators, and confident individuals through guided training and meaningful experiences. With a strong emphasis on excellence, teamwork, and personal development, we ensure that every participant is supported with care and purpose.
